The Ultimate squash experience

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Squash Retreats requires a $650 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per person to confirm each reservation of a Squash Retreat (kids and non-squash playing guests not included). This deposit is exclusively designated for the specified Squash Retreat and cannot be transferred or utilized for any other Squash Retreat, whether at a different time or location. Full payment is due 3 months prior to the start of a Squash Retreat. Reservations made less than 3 months prior to a Squash Retreat must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel more than 3 months prior to the trip, a refund will be given less the $650 deposit. If 3 months or less notice of cancellation, 100% of the funds paid will be retained by Squash Retreats. Neither the deposit nor the final payment will be refunded for any reason unless we are unable to operate your Squash Retreat.

Trip Cancellation:
In the rare event that we have to cancel a Squash Retreat due to the effects of Covid-19 and/or SARs-COV2, we will give you credit for a future Squash Retreat. If we cancel a Squash Retreat due to under-enrollment, we will give you a full refund. The financial responsibility of Squash Retreats will be limited to the amount actually paid to Squash Retreats, by the participant(s), and shall not be extended to cover any other costs incurred by the participant(s). Additionally, Squash Retreats is not obliged to refund costs in full or part if the weather or other factors make completing the Squash Retreat impossible or dangerous.

Delays & Schedule Changes:
Squash Retreats reserves the right to change a Squash Retreat itinerary details and/or coaching staff for these or other reasons. Trip charges do not cover the costs incurred as a result of bad weather, sickness, or other contingencies. Participants who vary from scheduled itineraries shall bear any costs thereof, which are not deductible from the trip prices. Inclement weather, mechanical difficulties and a host of other factors can delay travel; we cannot assume financial responsibility for costs due to delays or other events beyond our control.

World Masters Squash event in Amsterdam
All hotel room bookings made through Squash Retreats for the World Masters Squash event in Amsterdam, August 13-23, 2024 are considered final. Once booked, the reservation cannot be canceled, or refunded. The full payment for your reservation is due at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation without further notice. Please ensure that your booking dates align with the dates of the World Masters Squash event. Squash Retreats is not responsible for any discrepancies in booking dates. Changes to your reservation, including the dates of stay or the number of rooms booked, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
