POLICY
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
To secure your spot with Squash Retreats, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 35% of the total registration fee per attendee is required. This deposit applies solely to the specific retreat being booked and cannot be used for other events, regardless of date or location. The remaining balance is due 100 days before the retreat. Full payment is required upfront for bookings made within 100 days of the event. All payments are non-refundable, except if the retreat cannot proceed.
Payment Methods
Deposit Payment: Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
Full Payment: Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
When making a payment using a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the total invoice amount.
Trip Cancellation:
In the rare event that we have to cancel a Squash Retreat due to the effects of Covid-19 and/or SARs-COV2, we will give you credit for a future Squash Retreat. If we cancel a Squash Retreat due to under-enrollment, we will give you a full refund. The financial responsibility of Squash Retreats will be limited to the amount actually paid to Squash Retreats, by the participant(s), and shall not be extended to cover any other costs incurred by the participant(s). Additionally, Squash Retreats is not obliged to refund costs in full or part if the weather or other factors make completing the Squash Retreat impossible or dangerous.
Delays & Schedule Changes:
Squash Retreats reserves the right to change a Squash Retreat itinerary details and/or coaching staff for these or other reasons. Trip charges do not cover the costs incurred as a result of bad weather, sickness, or other contingencies. Participants who vary from scheduled itineraries shall bear any costs thereof, which are not deductible from the trip prices. Inclement weather, mechanical difficulties and a host of other factors can delay travel; we cannot assume financial responsibility for costs due to delays or other events beyond our control.
